Windsurf.com
Windsurf’s website was rebuilt from the ground up to match the sophistication of the product and the audience it was reaching. Working closely with a designer and following brand guidelines from MetaLabs, I translated a high-level visual system into a cohesive, performant, and expressive website. The result was a clearer, more confident web presence that brought product, brand, and story together.
Windsurf Onboarding
Early onboarding data showed users dropping off before reaching Windsurf’s core value. The flow was reworked to reduce friction and help users build momentum faster, resulting in ~20% lower churn and over 90% completion among users who started onboarding.
Windsurf Dashboard
The dashboard was redesigned to surface the metrics that mattered most, especially for enterprise teams. A clearer hierarchy and more intentional layout made it easier to understand product health at a glance and use data to inform decisions.
Windsurf MCP Marketplace
MCPs were previously embedded inside the Cascade panel, making them powerful but hard to discover and manage. The marketplace was elevated into a first-class product surface with dedicated navigation, search, and individual MCP pages, turning integrations from hidden tools into an ecosystem users could easily explore.
vscode-pets: Akita
Designed and hand-drawn Akita pixel-art animations for the open-source vscode-pets VS Code extension, inspired by my own Akita and adding a small, friendly presence to the editor.
